While conventional tracers could only acquire frame data, the LT-1000 Satellite Tracer can create a job with frame and layout data and transmit to a server PC / lens edgers, allowing more simple and accurate operation for lab processing.

The LT-1000 Remote Tracer features robotic clamping and dual-eye 3-D tracing for consistent, highly reliable tracing. Exclusive features include NIDEK’s Super-Fit 3-D tracing, which assures the perfect eye size relative to the frame curve. State-of-the-art stylus tracking mechanism assures fully automatic and extremely accurate tracing even on the most difficult frames including half eyes and challenging small shapes. An easy-to-use pattern-setting assembly traces patients' lenses, demo lenses, and patterns. The simple design of the LT-1000 enables a trainee to operate like a pro. Precise, automatic tracing measures both right and left eye within 0.01mm accuracy and perfect DBL measurement is achieved automatically.

Automatic dual 3-D tracing

The unique 3-D mechanism digitizes a binocular measure of 1,000 points of reference per eye. The highly accurate digitized data assures a precise first time fit, regardless of the level of frame curvature.

Variable fulcrum stylus

The unit’s unique design makes use of a variable fulcrum stylus which keeps the axis angle perpendicular to the frame at any height. The stylus automatically adjusts the angle approach of the stylus-to-frame.

Composite tracing

Composite tracing measures the FPD / DBL and frame wrap angle along with the frame shape. Thus, calculating all frame measurements automatically.

Multi-function lab tracer and web tracer

As a lab tracer, grinding condition and layout data can be easily transmitted to any LMS (Lab Managing System) server PC and / or lens edger for seamless and accurate lab processing and operations. The LT-1200 can be also used as a web tracer without the need for a PC. In addition, it can be operated remotely with today's various RFT (remote frame tracing) software systems.
